We accept returns in case of damaged products. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after the delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refund@msnaturalproducts.com.
You can return item once the return request is accepted.
Note: Items sent back to us without approving return request will not be accepted
Free replacement will be provided within 7 days of delivery if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Otherwise, there will not be a return or replacement.
